Gelbvieh and Gelbvieh-cross producers are encouraged to enter Beef Australia’s 2027 AMPC National Beef Carcase Competition. With participating processors in every state, it’s an opportunity to benchmark your cattle against entries from across Australia and receive feedback on market compliance, lean meat yield and predicted eating quality. Trophies and cash prizes are on offer across eight classes.
